LOCAL OR INTERIOR DELIVERY OF THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC

The estimated delivery time for all of Mexico is 7 to 10 business days.

All orders must be picked up or shipped to an address specified by Línea Norte Diseño y Mobiliario S. de R.L. of C.V. unless otherwise specified. For local delivery in the city of Tijuana, the customer must pay a fee of 5% of the total order.

Línea Norte can send to any city in the Mexican Republic - our trusted company to make shipments is DHL, FedEx or Castores. If you require that the shipment be made through another company, the collection can be scheduled in our warehouse, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if the product does not arrive in optimal condition.

NOTE: For delivery of merchandise, your order must be settled. Due to space limitations, the customer has a period of 7 days to collect their merchandise, in the event that it is not delivered to their address. The storage of the item for more than the days mentioned above, a weekly fee of $500.00 MXN will be charged. Once the customer has been notified and their payment has not been made, their product will not be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders may take longer to ship depending on the destination.

As all products are manufactured and shipped from the City of Tijuana, our order delivery time in quotes does not include shipping time or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We have no control over additional customs charges - All local taxes, VAT or customs duties must be paid by the buyer.

North Line S. de R.L. of C.V. is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process of international orders, nor for damages caused by shipping companies.


MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Most of our products are handmade by Mexican artisans. Each piece is unique, therefore, there may be variations in shape and patterns due to manufacturing processes.

Currently Northern Line of S. de R.L. of C.V. collaborates with a selection of artisans from various parts of Mexico. Our purpose is to implement manufacturing that requires high manufacturing and quality standards for all our products. For us it is very important that fair conditions exist, so we order quantities that are feasible to be made by artisans in a certain period of time, allowing their progress, growth and economic stability to be possible.

GUARANTEE

North Line S. de R.L. of C.V. does not offer any additional guarantees other than those provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of products and/or services.

Some exceptions are made if the damage comes from the factory only.

If the client requires more information about the guarantee of the purchased product, send an email to hola@linea-norte.com to support him with the necessary information.

To request a complaint, clarification and/or doubt about any purchased product, you have only 3 days; after being delivered, to communicate with us via phone or email.

To ensure we resolve your case to the best of our ability, our complaints department will need photos to document your claim. With authorization, a replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.


PAYMENT TERMS | CUSTOM ORDERS

For personalized orders, a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total order is required to start the order.
The remaining 40% will be collected before delivering the merchandise.

RETURNS

Merchandise returned within the first 7 days of purchase to any Linea Norte Diseño y Mobiliario S. de R.L. of C.V. will be eligible for trade-in or store credit.

All returns require prior authorization that can be requested via email or in person. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by your original receipt.

A 20% warehouse replacement cost will be applied to the return of all furniture items, custom orders and lighting.

Note: Gift Cards and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.


CANCELLATIONS | CUSTOM ORDERS

There are no cancellations or returns on custom orders. The customer is fully responsible for paying all costs caused by the cancellation of any custom order that has been approved and once the manufacturing or purchase procedure has begun.

Any cancellation procedure is subject to the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer, supplier or seller of the items.
