Local or National Deliveries (Mexico)
All orders must be collected or sent to an address specified by Linea Norte Diseño y Mobiliario S. de R.L. de C.V. unless otherwise specified. For local delivery in the city of Tijuana, the customer must pay a fee of 5% of the total order.
Linea Norte can ship items to any city in Mexico - our trustworthy carriers are DHL, FedEx or Castores. If you request that the shipment be made through another carrier, we can schedule the pick up in our warehouse, unfortunately, we are not be held responsible if the product does not arrive in an optimal/pristine condition.
NOTE: For your merchandise to be delivered, your order must be paid in full. Due to warehouse limitations, the client has a period of 7 days to collect their merchandise if it is not delivered to their home. If for any reason you fail to pick up your order within 7 days of purchase, a weekly fee of $500.00 MXN will be charged. Once the client has been notified and if their payment has not been made in full, their product will not be delivered.
Since most of our products are manufactured and shipped from Tijuana, Mexico, our freight/delivery quote can vary from area to area.
We have no control over additional customs charges - All local Taxes, VAT or Customs obligations must be paid.
Linea Norte S. de R.L. de C.V. is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process for international orders, nor for damage caused by the shipping companies.
Most of our products are handmade by Mexican artisans. Each piece is unique, therefore, there may be variations in shape, colors, and patterns due to manufacturing process.
Linea Norte de S. de R.L. de C.V. collaborates with various artisans from different parts of Mexico. Our intention is to implement high quality manufacturing processes to all our products. It is very important for us that there be fair work conditions, therefore we order quantities that are reasonable and possible for artisans to craft in a certain period of time by also allowing them to grow and sustain their business.
Linea Norte S. de R.L. de C.V. does not offer any additional guarantees apart from those provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of our products and / or services.
Some exceptions can be made depending on the situation and if the damage comes directly from the factory.
To request a complaint, and / or concern of any product you purchased with us, be sure to contact us via phone or email within 3 days of your product being delivered.
To best resolve your case, our complaints department will need photos as documentation. With your authorization, a replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Payment terms | Custom Orders
For personalized or custom orders, an advance payment, which is non-refundable of 60% of the total is required for us to start the order.
The remaining 40% will be charged before delivering the merchandise.

Returned merchandise within 14 days of your purchase will be eligible for product exchange or store credit only.
All returns require prior authorization requested via email or in person – Returned items must be unused, undamaged and with all labels attached. All returned items must be accompanied by their original receipt.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied on the return of all furniture items and personalized or custom orders.
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" mayNOT be returned or exchanged
There are no cancellations or returns on custom orders. The customer is fully responsible for paying all costs caused by the cancellation of any personalized order that has been approved, and once the manufacturing or purchasing procedure has begun.
All cancellation procedures are subject to the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer, supplier, or seller.
